Front door is equipped with a combo lock for keyless self entry with your own personal access code that is uniquely reprogramed for each reservation. This home was professionally furnished and decorated with you in mind and includes Big screen RokuTV, and Internet/Wi-fi (250). Nearby shopping includes Almeda and Baybrook malls and a shopping plaza with all the major store chains such as Wal-Mart, Ross and Marshalls as well as Starbucks and many international and local restaurants food chains. PLEASE! Smoking or smoke odor is NOT ALLOWED inside any of our properties. Booking this property indicates you have read and agreed to our house rules and non-smoking policy. Violation of our non-smoking policy will incur a minimum fee of $300 for extra cleaning and smoke remediation. Any smoke odor, residual or second/third hand smoke from your clothing will violate our no-smoking policy and extra cleaning fees will be enforced. No exceptions! The home is equipped with a washer and dryer and cleaning supplies for your convenience. Cleaning service is NOT provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own house cleaning, including washing of towels and bed lining/sheets, blankets etc. as needed and any additional supplies needed during their stay. Consumable items such as toilet paper, hand towels, dishwasher, dishwashing, hand soaps, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleaning supplies, etc. are provided as a courtesy.
