Do you like to do excursions? Then you have come to the right place in the 2 room basement apartment! The vacation rental is located in a Sweden house (Bj:2022) with 12 residential units. From here, you can start beautiful hiking tours or bike rides. The space You drive onto the property, park your vehicle in your parking space, from where you can get directly to your apartment via a paved path. When you go through the front door, you are in the hallway. From here you can reach: - To your left is the shower room with floor-level shower, washing machine, window and mirror cabinet. - straight ahead you enter the approx. 16 m² bedroom with a wardrobe, large double bed (1 x 160 x 200 cm) with bedside tables, 1 TV and direct access to the large terrace. - On your right you will find a complete (open) kitchenette with oven, refrigerator, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and much more. - From the kitchen you can go directly into the open living room with a wardrobe, sofa area (sofa bed 140 x 200), coffee table, TV and access to the terrace and a dining room with dining table, chairs and sideboard, which is separated by a wall. - Behind the dining room there is also a storage room. -The terrace (east-facing) is equipped with a table, 6 chairs as well as seat cushions and a cozy lounge corner. You have a magnificent view of the countryside in a quiet cul-de-sac location. If you want to bring your bikes, you can store them in the basement. Please understand that this apartment is a non-smoking property. Animals: Pets are not allowed. Linens & towels: The linen package can be booked for a fee per person.
