Set on just under 10 acres of open meadows with mountain views, woods, and peace and tranquility. Enjoy coffee or a meal on the two covered porches or large patio with mountain views while the deer come and say hello. Open spaces galore add to the communal feeling of the house, yet the bedrooms and two living areas provide sanctuary and separate spaces when wanted. (Please note: all bedroom windows have blinds, they were installed after the photos were taken.) The primary bedroom is downstairs and has an en suite full bathroom, while the upstairs two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub and shower. There is an additional half bath off the front hallway. The upstairs loft has majestic views of the mountains along with a private nook with a desk for your work from home needs. The house is wired with 1 Gibabit per second (Gbps) fiber optic high speed internet, has four wired Ethernet outlets, and extremely fast and strong WiFi coverage throughout the home. There are three 4K HDR Roku smart TVs in the house. There is a 65 inch Roku TV in the loft, a 55 inch Roku TV in the primary, and a 43 inch Roku TV in the upstairs bedroom with the other king bed. All are set for guest access, so log in to your streaming services and it will automatically sign you out when you leave. The chef's kitchen is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your own meals. From the gas burners to the granite countertops, enjoy a luxurious meal in your very own gourmet kitchen. Things to note: -There is a guest cottage about 150 yards down the driveway from the main house, it is screened from the main house by trees, and they can be rented in conjunction with one another -While we love animals, no pets allowed -No smoking allowed on the premises -Absolutely no parties -Children and babies welcome (a pack & play and booster seat are stored at the house) -Quiet hours asked from 10 PM - 7 AM -There is a dishwasher in the kitchen -The house is on a septic system and we ask that you help keep our system operational, no foods or grease down the kitchen sink, etc. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, it will be your house during the stay.
