The Wave - Beach front home in Sheringham

Beach front house with three bedrooms situated on the North Norfolk coast, over looking Sheringham's blue flag beaches with sea views from every room. Walking distance to the town and an abundance of Cafe's and restaurants. The space The Wave has three bedrooms, one with single bunk beds and two doubles. One double bedroom is located downstairs with an en-suite shower. The other is located upstairs with a separate adjoining lavatory. On the ground floor, there is also a porch, utility room and kitchen. The lounge is located upstairs, please note, this is an old property and the stairs are quite steep. Every room has views overlooking Sheringham beach. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for occasional guests. A cot bed and high chair are available on request. Guest access The entire house. Shared rear garden, currently for access only. Other things to note There is no allocated parking. You are welcome to unload and load outside the property. There is plenty of off street parking and a pay & display car park nearby. This is an old property, the stairs are quite steep. Which may be unsuitable for people with mobility issues, small children and some pets. Pets are more than welcome in every room, we just kindly request that they don't sleep in the beds. Please bring your own throws if you wish for your pets sit on the sofa and chairs. Thank you.
