NO STAIRS Inside Cabin all one level. Troy's Mountain Retreat is located in the Village of Cloudcroft, New Mexico 9,000 feet above stress level. Within walking distance to Burro Street, shopping, restaurants and parks. Plenty of off street parking. Fully stocked kitchen with all that's needed to prepare your favorite meal. Tea and coffee are available also. Lg. deck, with a gas grill. A 5% Village of Cloudcroft Lodgers tax will be requested after booking. The space Relax outside on the large deck. And the newly added partially covered deck located straight out the back door. Gates on top deck and Lower deck to provide safety for the children. Enjoy a book or just take in the beautiful blue skies that Cloudcroft has to offer. No garage access. This has been our families 2nd home since 1999. Due to a family member with allergies animals aren’t allowed. Ramp available for wheelchair access. Within reasonable time allowance. Guest access All the cabin is available for the guests excluding the garage. Outside Security cameras in use. Other things to note No parties. Quiet time between 10pm and 8am. Firewood is not provided. No cookers or fryers brought by guests are to be placed on any decks or porches. Due to family allergies animals aren’t allowed. No coolers brought into the cabin. Please place coolers on the back deck located at the back door. The fridge will be close to the back door. No grease or food put into drains. No processing of animals or fish on the property. The Garage is not part of the rental.❗ ❗Total occupancy 10. This includes children under 2 years of age. If you arrive with extra un-booked guests/visitors or pets you have a choice of immediately paying an extra fee of $100 per guest per night of booking. Plus, an additional $150 cleaning fee. That's due immediately or having the reservation canceled without a refund this includes pets. So, please at booking be honest with the number of guests. The cabin is only set up to accommodate 10 guests. This means friends and family that are staying elsewhere will be counted as guests if they show up to shower do laundry to prepare food etc. They will need to be counted as guests and be registered at booking. If this happens and they aren’t part of booking the $100 fee per day and per guest will apply plus the $150 extra cleaning fee. If not immediately paid the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Please be honest. This will prevent lots of misunderstanding. After booking a 5% Village of Cloudcroft Lodgers Tax will be collected. This is not collected by Airbnb. Wash all dishes and return to cabinet that they were originally placed. Do not place dirty dishes into cabinet. If housekeeper has to wash dishes you agree to a $25 fee. 4 vehicle limit. Or 2 vehicles and a trailer. They must all be parked off the street. Not in neighbors property. No vehicle, motorcycle or trailer shall park on the lawn. Only parking in the driveway. Do not block the dumpster. When checking out❗Carry all garbage out. Dumpster is located across the street. Start a full load of sheets / towels. At booking you have accepted the above rules.
