Guest access You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided. Other things to note The house operates with staff that are charged as an extra. Maid, cook and housekeeper offering daily cleaning, preparing and serving of your groceries for breakfast and lunch, maintenance of pool and gardens. * Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed. * Social visits are limited strictly from 8am until 10pm, up to 2 people at the same time and up to 4 people per day. Guests must be pre-identified with anticipation. Extra staff may be needed at owner's discretion. * A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in * At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Internal regulations must be fully respected * Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event * All bookings pay electricity and water bills as an extra * We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet * No recordings and/or videos (public or private) with commercial purposes of the property/building can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise. * Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged * Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
