The studio apartment sleeps up to 3 people in the downstairs with all amenities including A/C The space Enjoy the many spectacular ocean views in this open and spacious beach house. The beachfront is pristine and private. Space is securely gated with the advantage of an on-site security guard (24/7) Wake up to breathtaking views of the sea, have dinner in the cozy living room or have a relaxing time in the carefully landscaped gardens with exotic, unusual, and rare plants including varieties of palms and beautiful bromeliads surrounding the saltwater pool. Recently we built an outdoor patio with front ocean views that features comfortable sitting and a dining space surrounded by a unique bamboo living wall garden. Please note our sweet dog and cat live inside the property. Guest access Casa Piña is a comfortable tropical paradise for your family/friends to enjoy and it’s only 30 meters away from the beach passing through the flower-filled private jungle yard! You can walk and explore the nearby jungle for moments of tranquillity without being disturbed. This house offers everything you would need for a special time or an intimate place to host a small retreat in the Caribbean. - Please note no children are allowed on the property, we love children and it is because we do that we say no. Who better than the host to know if the space they provide is child friendly in this case Casa Piña facilities are not suitable for children. Other things to note There is a groundskeeper or night guard present on the property at all times for security and to assist you with things you might need.
