This one-bedroom apartment is situated on the third floor. Please note that there is no lift, but our team is very happy to help you carry your luggage to the apartment if you need assistance. It offers a unique and surprisingly spacious layout that captures the creative spirit of the neighbourhood. Upon entering, a long corridor leads you past a quiet bedroom and a full bathroom, eventually opening up into the heart of the home: a very spacious, light-filled living area. This open-plan space includes a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, all featuring direct access to the building's beautiful shared garden through a private balcony that overlooks it. Sleeping Arrangements: - Bedroom: Features a comfortable 160x200 cm orthopedic mattress and ample storage. - Living Room: Includes a sofa bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests. Building & Outdoor Access: - Direct Access: This unit is unique for its direct connection from the living room to the outdoors. - Shared Garden: Access to a large, sunny common garden shared with other guests. - Laundry: Two washing machines and one dryer are available for free in the building's common laundry area. - Pet Policy: We are proudly pet-friendly! We only ask that you look after your four-legged friends at all times when in the common garden areas. STANDARD AMENITIES To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we provide: - Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher and an oven that also functions as a microwave. You’ll find a capsule coffee machine (with complementary capsules), a water kettle, and a toaster. We also provide a starter kit of salt, pepper, olive oil, and sugar. - Bathroom: Stocked with shampoo, hair conditioner, body soap, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of toilet paper. A set of towels is provided; additional sets are available for an extra fee. - Family Ready: A baby cot is available upon request for an additional cost (please contact our team for details). - Tech & Support: Dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi with a private router and a Smart TV (bring your own logins). We also offer free luggage drop-off before check-in and after check-out. Other things to note LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS Reservations of 15 nights or more are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules: -> A safety deposit may be requested at check-in and will be refunded after the apartment is checked and all outstanding bills are settled. -> Electricity and water are charged separately based on actual monthly usage, unless guests choose to pay a fixed fee of €3 per night to cover these costs. -> By booking a long-term stay, guests agree to provide the host with access to the property when requested, for maintenance assessments. CHECK-IN Self Check-In: Available free of charge with our self-check-in system. In-Person Check-In: Available upon request and subject to an additional fee if done after-hours: - After 8:00 PM: €15 - After 10:00 PM: €25 - After 1:00 AM: €50 Mandatory Check-In Form: All guests must complete a check-in form before arrival.
