The nearest supermarket is only 6 minutes away by car (2.4 km). The charming villages of Selva, Campanet and Moscari, located on the edge of the Serra de Tramuntana, can be reached in a few minutes by car. Here, sights, quaint restaurants and cafes with typical local delicacies invite you to linger and small stores to shop. The bathing bays of Pollença and Alcúdia with their fine sandy beaches can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. The charge for electricity consumption is separate. A deposit is left for the electricity and the unconsumed amount is returned on departure. Heating is available for an extra fee.
