Other things to note Please park in the street as the driveway is reserved for the lower level apartment. There is usually plenty of street parking available. This apartment shares a single home furnace and A/C with the lower level apartment. The lower apartment has the only controls and therefore there are additional space heaters, a window a/c unit, fans, adjustable vents and windows to use should you need to control the temperature. I can also control the unit via the Nest app and ask lower guests to adjust if necessary. It’s truly a beautiful apartment and there are several options to control the climate other than thermostat.
