The space The space has two bedrooms that can fit 5 people comfortably (both bedrooms are air conditioned). You will be within walking distance (5 mins) of restaurants, stores and coffee shops. A quick cab ride for $3 will take you to the mall! You have access to the most scenic beach across the road! Usually there is a nice breeze through the entire apartment as well. NEW FOR 2024!!! - We have added free parking for all bookings from May 2, 2024 until Jan 2, 2025 (1 covered parking spot). The parking spot is in the building right next door and is covered with 24x7 security. If you need a parking spot...just ask! There is also free parking on the Malecon just outside the building. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the apartment, the terrace/roof space w/sauna and the 1st floor pool and spa. The apartment and master bedroom face the ocean with awesome views for miles. The beach is across the road. Other things to note All our guests remark on the spectacular views from both the living room and MASTER BEDROOM. Our floor to ceiling windows can slide out to reveal beautiful beach and ocean views all from the penthouse suite! You will not get these exceptional views elsewhere in Salinas at this price!
