Cable and free WiFi provide hours of entertainment when everyone is ready to unwind. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit. A spacious pantry gives you plenty of room to stock groceries and other essentials. For your convenience, we also have an iron/ironing board available near the washer and dryer. Our private covered balcony, which offers a “peek” of the gulf, will be a perfect place to start your day or unwind after a full day of fun at the beach. The balcony is equipped with a table and two chairs. All linens and towels are provided but please remember to bring your own beach towels. PARKING: Complex parking on-site (1 vehicle only to be parked on-site at the B402 designated spot during high season - March 1-October 31). Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. If you love to bike or walk, get on the wonderful 5-mile bike/walking path which runs along Scenic Gulf Dr right in front of our complex. Along the path you will find shops, restaurants, bike/scooter rentals, and outdoor/beach equipment rentals. Everything you may need can be found nearby including grocery stores, pharmacies and even a fresh seafood market. The popular 30A is only 5 miles away with many restaurants, bike paths, local art shops, etc.. In Destin, a short drive away, you can find a waterpark, arcade, and go-carts for the kids.
