Just steps from your door, you'll find great restaurants, lively nightlife, and numerous shops. Capitola is a historic and atmospheric coastal town with plenty of surf spots and boutique shops. The town is beloved by beachgoers and surfers, yet it retains its distinctive and quaint character. The unit includes a reserved parking space for your convenience. Additionally, a shared laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer is available for use. One dog is allowed with a $75 non-refundable pet fee, but please note that due to the close proximity of the other apartments on the property, we ask that the dog is not left unattended in the unit due to noise concerns.
