This villa was built on November 2018, is located in Anse Marcel in the French side, overlooking the beach, with an exceptional view facing the ocean and Anguilla. The space modern house in private property and land area with lot of space arround and very quiet , all arround is natural reserve and the house it at 5 minutes walking to the Anse Marcel beach wich is one of the nicer beach of St Martin , 8 minutes driving to Orient Baie beach and also 5 minutes driving to shop center Hope Estate . one suggestion rent a 4 wheel drive car for the island and for anse marcel.
