Athens Getaway, Walk to Downtown

You will not find a more central location and stylish house equipped with everything that you need to enjoy a weekend in Athens. We are a short walk to Sanford Stadium and an even shorter walk to Downtown Athens. Enjoy a night relaxing in the sunken garden area next to the fire pit and wake up the next morning with a short walk to Mama's Boy for breakfast. This is a unique home that you are guaranteed to love! The space Decorated in a mid century modern style that you are sure to love, the master bedroom is on the main floor with an attached full bath featuring a beautiful stand alone tub and walk in shower, as well as a huge living area, beautiful kitchen, dining area, and an additional half bathroom. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms with attached bathrooms, as well as, a futon for relaxing and additional sleeping space. We have thought of everything that you need to fully enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can dine in for the night if you would like. We try to make your stay as easy as possible by providing paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and dish detergent. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer located conveniently on the main floor next to the kitchen. Well behaved dogs are welcome! (Maximum of two dogs) We are dog lovers and are happy to let you bring your pet along. Please just send us a message to let us know they're coming (there is an additional pet fee). We ask that dogs are not allowed on any furniture! The back yard is fenced, we just ask that you help keep an eye on them to help protect our landscaping. Please note we do not allow parties or group gatherings of any kind at this property. We take this very seriously and have a zero tolerance policy. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property. If an owner's closet is locked, we just ask that you please respect the privacy.
