Manstone Cottage, Yattendon

Situated just outside the picturesque village of Yattendon, Manstone Cottage is surrounded by beautiful views of rolling country side. Spacious and elegantly furnished, with private parking the cottage is the ideal get away for couples, families or small groups. Within walking distance of the village with it's fantastic pub, shop, cafe, brewery and beauty salon you won't have much need to go far but it's also well situated for access to Newbury, Hungerford, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley. The space Laid out over 2 floors, the living space of the cottage is upstairs so you can enjoy the best of the views from the kitchen and sitting room. The bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs, also with lovely views. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and storage drawers, there is also space for a travel cot in each bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and also has a Nespresso machine. You can park directly outside the cottage and parking is very secure as we have security gates, for which you will have your own fob to use during your stay. Guest access The cottage is accessed via a private drive with secure gates. Parking is directly outside the cottage front door and you will have use of your own garden area with beautiful views. We will meet you to give you keys and a gate fob. You have access to the entire cottage during your stay. Other things to note We supply the basics including tea, coffee, sugar and milk and there is an excellent shop in the village where you can stock up on most things you might need for the weekend, plus Casey Fields farm shop is a short drive away where you can buy an amazing selection of local meat, fresh fish and other produce. Please note the bathroom only has a shower so families with young children should be aware of this. We have a highchair and stair gate available should you need one for small children.
