Once you have passed the automatic access gate, the two available housing units, Villa Ai Galli and Villa La Terrazza, are located on the property. The two houses are close but completely independent and separate from each other, each with its own terrace, its own barbecue and its own parking area. Each housing unit guarantees complete privacy and autonomy. The view is truly incredible! On clear days you can see the Pontine Islands and even Ischia and Capri. The space The property extends over a large plot of land full of plants and olive trees, among which our sociable kittens roam: your pets will be welcome. From both housing units you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Circeo promontory and the Pontine archipelago. Guest access When there are guests in both Villas, the common areas (swimming pool, playground and outdoor fitness area) can be used alternately by the two groups of guests, following a pre-established time slot system for which everyone can use the pool for a minimum of three hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon, according to a schedule that will be provided on site. This system allows us to guarantee not only privacy and confidentiality, but also social distancing and high hygiene standards in compliance with recently introduced regulations. Of course, as is often the case, guests, by mutual agreement, may request not to have time slots and to freely share common areas.
