The space Our spacious and unique apartment on the second floor (elevator available!) sleeps up to 6 guests and offers various spaces to relax or work: ✅ 3 well-sized bedrooms - 2 with a comfortable king-size and and one with 2 twin-size beds (The standard configuration in this room is both beds together as a big king-size double bed. Upon request, we are also happy to arrange the two twin-size beds separately if you let us know at least 24 hours before your arrival! ), all air-conditioned plus additional ceiling fan and closet ✅ 4 bathrooms - 2 "en-suite", all with hot water "walk-in"-shower and windows for better air circulation ✅ A fully equipped kitchen - (blender, microwave, coffee machine, stove with oven and refrigerator with freezer) gives you the choice of cooking by yourself or eating out in one of the restaurants close by. ✅ A comfortable dining area designed for 6 people right next to the open kitchen ✅ Living room with balcony - big and comfortable sofa, lounge chair and 72" ceiling fan. ✅ Guests also like to relax on the two outdoor armchairs on the balcony - even as addition to the living room with the sliding doors opened... ✅ 55" LED Smart TV - 300 local and international TV channels (including US networks and sports) ✅ An "Office-area" with a big desk at the entrance - 2-3 persons can work comfortably ✅ Free WiFi (up to 40Mbit). ✅ Safety box at no extra cost. ✅ Elevator ✅ 24h Electricity (Generator in the building) ✅ All cultural and social attractions for you to explore nearby in short walking distance ✅ Safe indoor parking space - (optional) only 9.-USD/day for our guests, ask for availability ✅ FREE Parking is available on public streets surrounding the building. ✅ Everything is walking distance Great for couples, families, groups, bachelors, business travelers, digital nomads, etc... Guest access You'll have access to the entire apartment and all it's amenities, a save off-street parking lot (optional!), the buildings elevator and the (still simple) sun deck on the roof top terrace to enjoy the spectacular view to the famous Plaza España over the Zona Colonial to the Caribbean sea... Other things to note ✅ Please don't hesitate to contact us if you want to check-in/out at a special time or any other questions you may have ✅ We provide free cleaning service, clean towels and sheets once a week (after 7 days). If you desire some additional service we will be happy to arrange it, additional costs apply. ✅ The large supermarkets "La Sirena" and "La National" are located only about 5 minutes walk from the building. ✅ Our standard rental price includes a limited average electricity consumption, which is sufficient to cool the bedroom(s), so that we can continue to offer our affordable rental prices to guests who use little or no air conditioning. Please read the house rules regarding additional costs for extra consumption! ✅ If you let us know at least 3 days before your arrival, our cleaning staff will be happy to purchase any items you would like from the supermarket (e.g., drinks, snacks, etc.) and place them in your unit along with the bill. As noted in the amenities list, we do not provide anymore any drinking water, coffee, salt, pepper etc. as such items in "open containers" have been criticized too often as unhygienic by previous guests. ✅ On request we can arrange airport pickup for US$ 35.- (until 3 guest, more U$ 40.-) with our trusted driver. He can also assist with your check-in if you want!
