Nora's Flats - Three-room apartment with a sea view

Nora's Flats is located in the heart of Triscina di Selinunte, a hamlet in the municipality of Castelvetrano, on the south coast of western Sicily, adjacent to the Selinunte Archaeological Park. Excellent location for discovering Sicily, sea, sun, nature, art and good food. The space Nora's Flats, only 300 metres from the beach, in a central and quiet area, has 2 different types of flats: Three-room apartment on the first floor and two-room apartment on the second floor; suitable for families, couples and group travel. All flats have a covered veranda with a sea view. The building has 2 floors; on the first floor is the Trilocale and on the second floor the Bilocale, both accessible only by an external staircase. Street parking adjacent to the facility is video monitored. The structure accepts pets in the flat, to be communicated at the time of booking before arrival. The structure adheres to the differentiated waste collection, we trust in your kind collaboration, you will find all the info in the flat. The flats will be delivered clean, including bathroom towels and bed linen (no beach towels). No household detergents or personal hygiene products will be provided. All flats are equipped with crockery, hob (no oven), air conditioning in the living room, flat screen TV, free wifi internet, washing machine, hair dryer; and are only 300 m from the public beach. (In low season from October to April, some services at the beach resort may not be available). Other things to note On site you will be asked to pay the tourist tax in cash, 1€ per night per person. Once you have entered the flat, we kindly ask you to confirm your entry and to send photos of the documents of all the people staying for registration by text message; you will find the receipt for the payment of the tourist tax to be paid in cash by check-out.
