Our 4 bedroom home is perfectly situated in Scottsdale close to all of the best restaurants, shopping, and attractions Old Town has to offer! The backyard is designed for amazing outdoor living with a heated pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area and fire pit. Play foosball inside, gather together in our open concept living room, dining room and kitchen while sleeping comfortably on our Tuft & Needle mattresses during your stay. This recently renovated, modern home offers over 2100 sqft of single floor living and is updated throughout, you can't go wrong when staying in our home! With plenty of parking for up to four vehicles, this home is great for your family getaway. Bedroom Layout: Master Bedroom: King Bedroom 2: King Bedroom 3: Two Queens Bedroom 4: Two Twin over Full Bunks Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay. The ice machine and water dispenser are not connected as the tap water in AZ isn’t the tastiest. Trays are available in the freezer and we suggest you purchase bottled water for your stay. We also provide the following extra's for a fee: * Ask us about our flexible check-in anytime on your arrival day option (if available) * Early check-in and late checkout (if available) * HEATED POOL: For our guests traveling in the winter, the pool can be heated (Nov-April) for $100/day with a 2 day minimum. Pets Allowed with exceptions: ***non-vicious breeds only ***We are dog owners and happy to welcome your well behaved four legged friend as well to our lovely home. We do ask that you make sure your dog is well behaved and that you clean up after them in the yard. There is an additional $100 non-refundable fee per dog and for any pet stays. (This does not cover extra cleaning, inside or out, after your pet) ***To be paid separately after booking Guest access We have a keyless entry system with a unique code provided to each of our guests prior to their stay. Other things to note ***No unannounced and unapproved visitors or vendors. >>> This includes No Cabana Boys, Hype Boys, Poo Boys, or Strippers! ***Our home is in a residential neighborhood and we do our best to be mindful and considerate of our neighbors, especially those that are working from home or with young children. Please help us sustain that respect we have worked so hard to garner. No loud music or parties allowed. ***Please do not hang decorations on our walls. The tape left behind on previous stays has chipped the paint. Glitter is prohibited as it is impossible to remove. ***HEATED POOL: For our guests traveling in the winter, the pool can be heated (Nov-April) for $100/day with a 2 day minimum ***There is a pool service that comes to take care of the pool once or twice a week and could possibly show up during your stay. ***There is a landscaping company that comes every two weeks and could possibly show up during your stay. ***Smoking: No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property (including smoking e-cigarettes or “vaping”). At the discretion of management, if there is a reason to believe that the smoking policy has been violated, a $250 fee will be charged to the guest’s credit card. ***We provide a high chair and pack'n'play for anyone traveling with little ones.
