We offer a modern single-storey house with a living area of 130 m2. Our villa is located in the Verger subdivision in Chéray (5 min. Saint-Pierre), very peaceful (entrance controlled by electric gate). No matter what the weather, enjoy our heated swimming pool, which will appeal to young and old; it starts at 110 cm deep to reach 150 cm in the middle of the pool (gentle slope). The pool is secured with an electric roller shutter. A standard safety barrier can be easily installed to secure access to the bathing beach and swimming pool (assembles/disassembles in minutes). For children, we provide diving armbands. As soon as you enter the house, you will not be able to resist the charm of our spacious living room (50 m2), with its corner sofa with a coffee table and the American kitchen with bar area – the favorite corner of the little ones in the morning and the adults at the aperitif – atmosphere guaranteed For sleeping, there are dozens, like the oysters of Marennes! We offer you four furnished bedrooms: FORESTIERE (5 pers.) – this spacious room is equipped with a double bed (140 cm), a single bed (90 cm), and a bunk bed (2 x 90 cm). No traffic jams when you return from the sea thanks to our two walk-in showers in the bedrooms – convenient when there are many of you! In the evening, prepare barbecues and eat on our terrace (40 m2) equipped with garden furniture. Children can have fun on our synthetic lawn equipped with a swing. The older ones can enjoy the pétanque court. We provide you with ball games, outdoor games and board games.
