This spacious, Self catering - Self check in holiday property provides total privacy and it can accommodate a family or party of six persons (plus one child on request) in three air-conditioned bedrooms. The space Marilena Sunset Ena is located on small hill, just off the main road, overlooking the bay of Chrysochous and it is set in two levels. Bonus Tips Heated pool The pool can be heated on request and on a minimum duration of four days. The cost is 70,00 Euro per day and they are payable directly to the owner. Marilena Sunset is just 200 meters away from the sea, it is close to local amenities (approx. 400 meters), 12 kms from Polis Chrysochous and only 50 minutes drive from Paphos Airport. Air-conditioning Use of air-conditioning in the bedrooms is a gift from the owner. Please rest it and following the instructions for proper use. Use of the aircon in the lounge is payable locally at an extra cost of 14.0 Euro per day and only for the days requested by the client. Guest access Ground floor You enter from the outside private parking area onto the ground floor via a small front balcony, with a wheel chair ramp alongside. This level consists of an open plan space, with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, doors opening to the front balcony facing the sea and a guests WC with a washing machine for guests' private use. In between the living and dining area there is a small hall leading to a double bedroom for guests with mobility difficulties, an en-suite shower / wc and balcony door to the front terrace. Upper Level An interior staircase lands onto the upper level. This part of the house offers front and side balconies with stunning sea or olive grove views and features one double and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms and a small utility space in between. Pool and Terraces At the front of this charming villa, there is a nicely set private pool with Roman steps, which provides the facility of a pool cover. The pool terraces are secured with railing; they are overlooking the open sea and offer stunning sunset views as well as the front furnished terraces for dining al fresco. Villa and pool are both surrounded by an olive grove and colourful gardens. There is a built BBQ at the back, for those who would like to try their cooking skills and a couple of swings for the younger occupants’ satisfaction.
