The garden with its beautiful pool, equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs, invites you to enjoy nature and the breathtaking views directly on site and to spend a lot of time in it. The interior of the house meets all requirements. The ground floor has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, both with direct access to the outside terrace and garden. One bedroom with its corresponding bathroom is located on this level. On the second floor another pleasant surprise: In addition to the two bedrooms that face the sea side, with incredible views, there is another bedroom that, together with a living room and its bathroom, constitutes a suite with its independent entrance through an external staircase from the street, which even forms a small landing acting as a terrace.
