It consists of a spacious and bright living-dining room with access to the terrace, a pleasant and functional fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable double bedrooms with a common bathroom and a pleasant master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. It has air conditioning in all its rooms, which makes it a very comfortable villa at any time of the year. Its large covered outdoor terrace with barbecue area, allows you to have an alternative dining room on sunny days and to also enjoy the peaceful and tranquil nights. Pool area with terrace, where you can relax swimming or sunbathe on one of the sun loungers that surround it, enjoying the exteriors of the villa. The house has parking and a garden area.
