The "Haus am Meer" is, as the name suggests, directly on the beach of Westerland between the two pedestrian zones. The apartment is located on the 5th floor to the east side. The view is over the city. You can see up to the Keitum Church of St. Severin and up to the Rantumbecken. Behind the house - on the west side - is the beach and the spa promenade. The space This apartment is a real gem in the best location. The cozily furnished one-room apartment with a maritime theme has a spacious east-facing balcony, perfect for a sunny and wind-protected breakfast. There are 3 balcony chairs (with seat cushions) and a table. The beds in the living area can be individually folded out from a wall unit and together form a large double bed. The separate but still open-plan kitchen is separated from the living area by a bright counter, thus offering a view over the city of Westerland even while cooking. The full bathroom has a bathtub and two sinks. In addition, there are many storage options throughout the apartment. The many small lamps provide cozy light. The flat screen has a built-in DVD player. A selection of exciting vacation reading, crime thrillers and novels, some card games, and interesting facts about the island of Sylt are also available. A radio/CD/cassette combination is also provided. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted. A parking space can be rented outside or in the underground parking garage, subject to availability. Guest access It is a separate apartment with kitchen, bathroom, sleeping and living area and balcony, so access is possible everywhere and at any time independently. Other things to note The price varies between €56 and €99 per night per booking period/season - of course you get the cheapest rate. The advertised costs per night (see calendar) include tourist taxes for 2 people ("Kurkarten"). These are 2.05 euros per person from November 1st to April 30th and 4.10 euros per person from May 1st to October 31st. You can order bed linen/towels/kitchen towels for a fixed price (30 euros per person). The key is handed over at the office of the above-mentioned company Sylt Appartements/Hussmann. Officehours: Mon-Fri 09.00 - 18.00 Sat 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (July/August until 2 pm). If you arrive outside these hours, the key with the spa cards will be left in our lock box next to the office entrance.
