Up to 4 parking spaces are available on the property. Both houses can be rented separately, but are also suitable for a larger family or families of friends. House 1 has about 125 sqm of living space, a beautiful open and fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, 1 living room with large panoramic windows, 4 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 wall folding bed, 1 double bed, 1x 2 single beds, a French bed (1.40 m). In 2 bedrooms, a cot can easily be set up. There are 2 bathrooms, the bathrooms are each equipped with a shower. There is a washing machine and dryer in one bathroom. There's a changing table in the other bathroom. Of course, there is a TV, radio, CD player, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, etc. The house is equipped for 8 people plus 1-2 toddlers. Booster seats for children and a stair gate are provided. Upstairs you have a magnificent view of the Achterwasser from the fully glazed gable  of the cozy living room. This vacation home has the option of keyless access by means of a smart door lock. This allows you to head directly to the accommodation on the day of arrival. The same applies to the day of departure, when the key return in our office is not necessary and you can leave directly. Just contact us after your booking.   During your stay, free Wi-Fi is available. So you are always up to date or share your vacation pictures with your loved ones at home. Golfers beware - on the nearby golf courses Golfpark Balmer See and Baltic Hills in Korswandt you will receive a 30% green fee discount as our guests. (Vouchers are available at our office).
