The B&B EVE is a family-run accommodation located in a mountain village in a historic building dating back to the 1700s. The B&B consists of two independent rooms, each with direct access from the outside and with wellness facilities for exclusive use: - the "éve" room is equipped with a mini whirlpool; - the "nei" room is equipped with a Turkish bath; The space The "éve" room (equipped with a mini-pool for exclusive use) is located in a basement room historically used as a wine cellar, maintaining the original historical features. The room can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. The "nei" is a "duplex" room characterized by a refined contemporary cut, with the exclusive use of a hammam (Turkish bath). Historical features blend with a contemporary line sought through the use of white steel, glass and plastics. The room can accommodate up to 5 people (maximum occupancy 3 adults and 2 children). Guest access Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed in person by Yvette and Michele or their daughter Cloe, who will accompany you to the room you chose at the time of booking, explain how the wellness facilities work, and give you some useful information for your stay. Yvette speaks Italian and French. Cloe and Michele speak Italian, French and English. During your stay During your stay, we are at your complete disposal to ensure a serene and relaxing experience. Arriving as guests, you return as friends, discovering that the "tzati" is much more than just a vacation. Other things to note The property offers a comfortable environment with an energy-efficient heating system. Breakfast, prepared with local and natural ingredients, is served in the room at the guest's preferred time between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and you can choose between the sweet and savory versions. Sheets are changed weekly or upon arrival of new guests, and towels can be changed daily upon request. Room cleaning is done daily.
