Lakeview Little Villa

NO PARTIES - NO SMOKING Little Villa is my personal holiday home and I would like to share it with you. Situated 15 minutes from Interlaken and Spiez, the little village of Krattigen is situated like an Eagle Nest, overviewing the entire lake of Thun. It's no coincidence Krattigen has three different camping spots for caravans. The view is nice. And within Krattigen, Little Villa a prime location. The space Little Villa has 85m2 and a 20 m2 terrace only for you. All on a single floor. It consists of one living room and 3 small bed rooms. In Little Villa, you have no direct neighbours for about 50 meters. This is a very exclusive and private little house. But no parties are allowed. The access is private and you will meet no other people if you walk from your parking to the house door. You have your private parking. From the living room and the terrace you will have a view, overlooking from Interlaken to Thun the entire Lake Thun. In summer or just as long as it's warm enough, you can barbecue. In wintertime, there is a chance there is snow around the house, but usually it doesn't last long. The house is about 700m above sea level. There are normally 10-20 days of snow per year. You will have a 2022 Samsung Smart TV QLED 4K in the living room. There are curtains to block the view from outside as well as wooden shutters for all windows. The bedrooms are quite small. The larger one has a kingsize bed (180x200 cm). In bedroom 2 you will find a queen size bed (140x200 cm). This bedroom is small. In bedroom 3 you will find a single bed (90x200 cm). This rooms is 5 m2 so it's very small. It's good for one person to sleep or a child. You have a real leather couch that can be turned into a bed (160x200 cm) for two more guests in case that is needed. Of course I require you to treat all furniture with normal care. You have a fast WIFI. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a Miletta coffee machine that grinds whole beans and spends espresso or black coffee. You also have Fondue or Raclette dishes. You will find an open fireplace in your living room. You can purchase wood from my stash for 20 Franks a crate or you can buy it yourself at the local grocery store (365 days). All the furniture is new (2022) except for the antiquities. This apartment still has an arty touch as I renovated it myself so the house itself is from the 60ties. Guest access You have a parking and access to a living room, three bedrooms and a terrace. Other things to note I love my apartment. I expect you to treat it well and not leave behind a mess. This is very important to me. If you leave trash all over the place like on a battlefield and treat it poorly, I won't like you. I have seen guests making big damages and throw around furniture and destroy items that I didn't know could be destroyed. Please don't be one of them. Just be a nice and normal person and show some basic respect. Thank you. It's important that you keep the noise down outside after 10 pm. You have no direct neighbours but if you sit outside and talk loudly after 10 pm, I could get complaints because it's a silent neighbourhood.
