New sliding doors on the beach side of the house open up allowing you to bring the outside in. The recent renovation included installation of reverse cycle air-conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, Fisher and Paykel induction cooktop and oven, filtered water in the kitchen, polished floors, ceiling fans in all first floor rooms and a new double carport. Other facilities include: outdoor furniture, gas BBQ, TV, fridge, Via Venezia coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, well equipped kitchen, separate laundry with Bosch automatic washing machine, dryer. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire property apart from two cupboards, a small office and an under-house storage area, all of which are separately locked. Other things to note Tenants can supply their own bedroom bathroom and kitchen linen (all beds have doonas and doona covers, top and bottom sheets required). Alternatively linen can be provided from a local supplier for an additional cost (minimum weekly rates apply) Premises available from 2.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.00am on day of departure.
