The open-plan living space is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with large comfortable sofas, a double sofa bed that sleeps 2, and a 43-inch smart TV for all your streaming needs. The dining area features a table and seating for 6, ideal for enjoying meals together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher, providing everything you need for self-catering. The lodge benefits from central heating and double glazing, ensuring your stay is comfortable year-round. Wi-Fi is included for your convenience. Outside, you'll find decking on both the front and side of the property, offering scenic views of the river – a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. CHECK IN Our contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times. Our standard check in time is 4pm Our standard check out time is 10am We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. One day before arrival the damage deposit fee of £150 will be held from your card, as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. This charge will be released within 7 days after departure, if no damage has occurred. We also recommend that you ensure you have travel insurance. Please note a £25 pet fee is charged per pet, and any cancellations will be charged a £55 admin fee.
