The building is very bright and is located in front of a square with a playground, an ice cream parlor and nearby shops, 200 meters from Regla beach. The area is magnificent and has all the amenities nearby, with a supermarket opposite, many bars for tapas and everything within easy reach. Very quiet, with no nightclubs or a lot of noise.
