Stylish, spacious, and fully self-contained, this peaceful getaway comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests (7 with the cozy sofa), making it perfect for relaxing, reconnecting, and soaking in the serenity. This brand-new modular home features an impressive 24-meter floor-to-ceiling glass frontage, designed to showcase the exceptional panoramic views. The house includes two bedrooms, each with its own timber deck: a queen room with an ensuite bathroom, a second queen bedroom, plus a versatile living/rumpus room with a pull-down double bed, desk, and second TV. All beds come with electric blankets for added comfort. The main living area offers a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining table with seating, a wood heater, air conditioning, and a second bathroom. Guest access The whole house, the car parking, the decks and private yard with BBQ are all yours for your stay. Wander down the 1.5 km drive and back up the hill and take in the ever changing stunning views as well as the fresh air. Appreciate the solitude and the murmur of the country. Other things to note Please note, guests are required to take their own rubbish with them on departure. We are not serviced by council rubbish removal at One Tree Hill. There is a bin next to the playground in Toora that is a good place to dispose of rubbish bags.
