Our residence of 4 rentals around the pool "Les Jardins de Pointe-Noire" is referenced Blog Voyages et Enfants. A nice cottage for 2 to 4 people in front of the pool, with kitchen, a double room with air conditioning, a sofa BZ in the living room. A flower garden, barbecue, hammock... the holidays, simply. The space 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed in 160cm, 1 other large room with the kitchen on one side, the living room side on the other with the convertible sofa BZ 130cm for 2 people. A small terrace in front of the pool and tropical garden. Your accommodation is fully equipped for a good holiday: mosquito nets on all beds, barbecue, hammock, cooler for shopping, linen provided, free WIFI internet, washing machine in the rental. We provide on request crib with mattresses and linens, booster seat to be attached to a chair for meals, baby bathtub. You have access to the small pool right in front of your terrace, and the garden will allow your children to play. The land is flat and fenced. Your parking space is inside the park. There are 3 other homes in this small family home, enough to meet you. For your arrival, you have a lockbox. We visit the pool and garden every day, so we can ask any questions you may have, if needed. The residence is located on the leeward side, in the municipality of Pointe Noire, right in front of the cocoa house, and only 300 meters from the Caribbean cove (deserted beach) and 800 meters from the Caribbean beach where you will find diving clubs, restaurants, water hiking club and underwater hunting, sea trip for big game fishing. It's a lovely family-friendly beach. Exiting the airport, take the expressway towards Basse‐Terre. You follow this road for about 10 km, you get to the N1 which you always follow towards Basse Terre. On your right, you will see the direction of the crossing road. You take this road towards Pointe‐Noire / Bouillante. It crosses the entire Île de la Basse‐Terre for about 30 km. Arriving at the end of the crossing road, you turn right towards Pointe Noire. You drive 2 kilometers to the heights. As soon as the road descends to the plain by large bends, find the sign "MAISON DU CACAO" The Jardins de Pointe Noire are 15 meters BEFORE on the right. Yves speaks French & German. Victoria speaks French, German, & English. Other things to note CLEANING IS included IN the rate, however we kindly ask you to do your dishes, empty the garbage cans, and gather the dirty linens. The AIR conditions should be turned off when windows are open or you are away.
