The space: Our place has many extras....fully functioning kitchen with some spices as well; snacks and some bottled water-Brita in refrigerator, too ; K-cups, sugar and creamer; games/DVD's; welcome binder with some suggestions for things to do and places to eat; 2 lawn chairs and small table so you can be outside and more.
