The bungalows are all finely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Some details may vary according to the taste of the owner, but the internal equipment is the same in all the two-room apartments. All have a sheltered private porch equipped with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the view of the garden and the Mediterranean vegetation that surrounds them, immersed in the quiet. They have a private parking on the road that runs alongside the residence, which is no more than 200 meters away. You enter the bungalow directly in the living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a Tv, table, chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette. The sleeping area consists of a nice bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The large swimming pool is located in the heart of the Residence and can be easily reached from all the bungalows. If, on the other hand, you prefer to spend the day at the beach (300 meters away), a pedestrian path in the middle of the pine forest leads to the beaches. Here you will find small bays, free public beaches and bathing establishments. Do not forget, however, that you are in Punta Ala, one of the best known places in the Tuscan Maremma and well equipped for those who want to have fun and practice all kind of sports. Near the residence you can play golf at the 'Punta Ala Golf Club', play tennis, attend a sailing school, find a diving center ... everything you need for an unforgettable holiday! The residence, from 1st June to 30th September, offers its guests a reception, a bar with cold snacks, a relaxation area with free WiFi and a Tv room. However, at a very short distance, you will find everything you need (bar, bakery, supermarket, etc ..)
