Podere Cerretino is the perfect place to find and discover your own tranquility and relaxation. A corner of paradise surrounded by the picturesque hills of Tuscany in an enchanting landscape, located in a central and strategic position to visit the most interesting places in Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo. The Villa consists of 4 completely independent apartments and an elegant panoramic veranda where you can gather and enjoy a unique vacation. The space Podere Cerretino accommodates up to 20 guests and offers groups of friends or families the opportunity to stay in this fully renovated villa with particular attention to detail and original antique-style furnishings for EXCLUSIVE use. Each apartment is independent and equipped with a living room, flat-screen TV, equipped kitchen and bathroom. The property has a total of 7 bedrooms and 3 sofa beds. Outside you can have lunch, dinner, barbecues, pizzas in the wood-burning oven and take advantage of a large play area for children, table tennis and soccer. The property is easily accessible from the main street of the village. Our panoramic salt pool, near the house, has LED lights with various colors allowing you to create a unique atmosphere. The pool is open from May to October. You can request excursions (on foot or by electric mountain bike with pedal assistance), transfer service and/or visit with a tour guide of the cities of greatest interest, typical cooking classes at home. You can also request a home chef service for lunches and dinners. We organize Pizza Parties with a home chef. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and outdoor areas with exclusive use. Other things to note COMMUNICATE about the ARRIVAL TIME at least the day before arrival (check-in from 4:00 p.m., not anticipated). Heating (if necessary in winter) is available for a fee at a cost of €5.00 per cubic meter (LPG). At check-in and check-out, we will note together the values of the counters for the final calculation of consumption. The cost for each guest over 12 is €10 per day. Up to 16 guests, this cost is automatically calculated by the portal, while from 16 guests up to 20 the cost must be paid in cash upon arrival. Upon arrival, you will need to provide government-issued ID for all guests for registration with public authorities.
