Podere Cerretino is the perfect place to find and discover your own tranquility and relaxation. A corner of paradise surrounded by the picturesque hills of Tuscany in an enchanting landscape, located in a central and strategic position to visit the most interesting places in Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo. The Villa consists of 4 completely independent apartments and an elegant panoramic veranda where you can gather and enjoy a unique vacation. The space Podere Cerretino accommodates up to 20 guests and offers groups of friends or families the opportunity to stay in this villa, which has been completely renovated with particular attention to detail and original antique-style furnishings, for their EXCLUSIVE use. Each apartment is independent and equipped with a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The property has a total of 7 bedrooms and 3 sofa beds. Outside you can have lunch, dinner, barbecue, make pizzas in the wood-fired oven, and enjoy a large play area for children, ping-pong, and soccer. The property is easily accessible from the main road of the village. Our panoramic saltwater pool, near the house, has LED lights with various colors, allowing you to create a unique atmosphere. The pool is open from May to October. You can request excursions on electric mountain bikes with pedal assistance, a transfer service and/or a guided tour of the most interesting cities, and typical cooking classes at home. It is also possible to request a chef's home service for lunches and dinners. We organize Pizza Party with a chef at home. To book the experiences described, you must request availability well in advance. For some, we will provide you with the contact with whom you can communicate directly. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and the outdoor areas for exclusive use. The invitation of any guest not registered at the time of check-in and any external service requested requires consent and approval. Other things to note PLEASE COMMUNICATE YOUR ARRIVAL TIME at least the day before arrival (check-in from 4 pm; NO EARLY CHECK-IN). Heating (if necessary in the winter period) for a fee of €5.00 per cubic meter (LPG). At check-in and check-out, we will record the meter readings together for the final consumption calculation. The cost for each guest over 12 is €10 per day. Up to 16 guests, this cost is automatically calculated by the portal, while from 16 guests up to 20, the cost must be paid in cash upon arrival. Upon or before arrival (by sending photos), it is necessary to provide the government-issued IDs of all guests for registration with public authorities.
