The space Live the authentic mountain experience without leaving the city; we adapt the space with restored furniture, handicrafts, plants and textiles from the region, wake up with the smell of nature in your window. Located in a forest area within the city, a 5-minute drive and 15-minute walk from the Guadalupe walkway, one of the most important tourist arteries. The space is spacious and bright, with a warm room with a charming view of Guadalupe Hill; a terrace for outdoor living and a front patio that can be used as parking for a medium-sized car. The first floor is loft-style. The lounge is equipped with an armchair and a double 'Chair long' mattress. It also has a closet equipped with additional blankets and a game table and TV, with teak backgammon and a library. The kitchen is also on the first floor; equipped with a couple of pots and pans, a large number of very functional utensils, glass and plastic containers; plates, cutlery, glasses sufficient for four people and appliances such as: refrigerator, blender, gas stove, electric oven to heat food or toast bread, microwave, coffee maker and orange juicer. On the second floor is the bedroom with two desks, a closet with shelves and a hanging area, a double bed with full bedding suitable for the area's climate and additional blankets. The bathroom is complete and private, equipped with hot water, towels and mats. Less than a block away, you can find a laundry room with very affordable costs for your clothes. At the beginning of the street is a store where you can stock up on some things and there are also local supermarkets with home delivery option for this area. We provide you with the tools to keep the space clean... If you request it, we can come in to do the cleaning with an additional cost. Guest access The entrance to Tu Casa Bonita is directly on the street and completely independent of the neighbors. The parking lot is small and without a roof, and vans can enter but without much space. During the day you can also park in front of the house, and the street is safe. Located inside a house divided into three spaces that we call apartments, each space, including Tu Casa Bonita, is independent of the other, so you will enjoy total privacy. Other things to note Parking is for small to medium cars, otherwise you can park on the street right in front of the house. The terrace and parking lot are privately accessible, however we cannot control the passage of kittens from neighboring houses, we suggest you take this into account if this is a nuisance for you. Our location is not in the center of the city but very close to it. We are in one of the forest areas within the city, an area that has services, shops and laundries nearby, public transport service and public lighting. Our location offers you the satisfaction of forest life and yet it is incredibly close to the most important tourist areas and arteries; so close that you can move on foot and enjoy the wonderful landscapes that the road offers you and by car you can be in 10 minutes in the Zócalo and in the Cathedral of the city. Note... If your trip is an expedition to the emblematic places and communities near San Cristobal... relax since most of the tourist agencies that offer services with private transport have contemplated this area and we also have that additional service. From the Guadalupe walkway, you can walk through the tourist area and the most important areas of the center. The best way to get to know and enjoy San Cristobal de las Casas is on foot. It is a city designed and planned for its inhabitants to move easily on foot. In the center it can take much less to get from one point to another on foot than by car, and it also has public transport that will make it easier for you to move over longer distances. Inside the duplex there is a room with restricted access that we use as a warehouse.
