Nice apartment on the old town - freshly renovated

You live in a newly renovated apartment in a house from 1920 on the ground floor (mezzanine floor) right on the edge of the old town in a residential area. The house is very central but quiet on a park. You have an independent apartment, which is accessible through our apartment. The apartment has a bedroom with space for 2 with the possibility of extra bed in the living room. The apartment includes a parking space in the yard and 2 bicycles. The space 969/5000 In our beautiful old building you have an apartment with a view of the countryside. It has a separate entrance, which you can reach through our apartment and wich is lockable. Your accommodation consists of 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. In the living room there is a cuddly corner sofa with TV and DVD player, a closet full of board games and a dining area. In the bedroom you have a 1.80 m x 2.00 m large bed and a Wardrobe for your things. Of course, bed linen and towels are included in the price. An extra bed with 1,40 x 2,00 meter can be made in the open living area for a maximum of 2 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker with 2 hobs, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and sink as well as the most important things for cooking (spices, oil, ...). The bathroom has a shower and washer + dryer (each for 1, - Euro fee). For you a coffee machine with coffee is at your disposal. Guest access You can use the WLan. The apartment includes 2 bicycles, with which you can explore the area. Other things to note You reach the apartment via stairs in front of and in the house. Therefore, it is a little harder for people with walking disabilities to reach them. The apartment has a private parking in the yard. Should you arrive by car, please let me know.
