Charming 3-room (2 bedrooms) flat in Surcuolm/Obersaxen with an amazing view to the Swiss Alps, which you will certainly not forget anymore! Surcuolm is located in the Surselva in the middle of 4 ski resorts, Obersaxen, Flims - Laax, Brigels and Disentis. Also in summer ideal for hiking in the beautiful nature. Very convenient: From the house you can get directly on the ski slope if there is enough snow The space Renovated 3-room (2 bedrooms) apartment with balcony, ideal for families or couples. Our apartment is 60m2 and is suitable for max 5 persons (max 4 adults). In wintertime especially we recommend our apartment only for 4 persons when a lot of ski clothes need to be dried. There is a spacious master bedroom with a double bed (2 Persons), a small bedroom with bunk beds (2 Persons) and a comfortable bed sofa (2 Persons) in the living room. 1 shower/bath/toilet, modern kitchen, oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee machines (filter coffee or Nespresso), Raclette and fondue set, kettle, chimney, free WIFI, TV- and HIFI set, DVD Player (plenty of DVDs available) and various board games for rainy days. The apartment has floor heating. A travel baby bed and changing mat are available, free of charge. In the basement you can find a ski room, and a washing machine and dryer (for a fee in Swiss coins). There is a parking space in a locked garage or you can also park outside. Guest access Whole apartment, accessible through stairs (1 floor from main entrance, 3 floors from garage). Other things to note BIG ADVANTAGE in Wintertime: This is a "Ski-out, Ski-in" place. If there is enough snow, a piste is prepared which starts directly in front of our house so you can drive down to the chairlift (this piste is a bit narrow and steep, so not suitable for beginners). Alternatively you can drive by car to the chairlift (Valata Station, 5 mintues by car). BIG ADVANTAGE in Summertime: the Apartment comes with a free guest card which allows you to enjoy various FREE OFFERS (chairlifts to the top of Piz Mundaun and from Brigels to Waltensburg-Andiast, free swimming pool, mini-golf, museum in Ilanz.)
