This unique and elegant Family friendly partial wheelchair access property offers a beautiful waterfront view, a pool, a pier, 4 king rooms, and a futon. Offering a large entertainment area also with indoor games. This home with its hand-milled elegant woodwork, spiral staircase, and custom bar overlooks the beautiful swift creek reservoir. It resides on a 100-acre private estate with walking trails along the water. Enjoy our newly renovated fully stocked kitchen! Found in the Midlothian area. The space This home away from home has 4 large King bedrooms total. Two are loft-style semi-private bedrooms with king-sized beds and a futon. Each bedroom has its own separate space with room dividers for added privacy. The first floor also has 2 king bedrooms, one with a couch and padded room dividers for privacy. The other is a large carpeted bedroom with floor to ceiling blackout curtains for privacy. All bedrooms visually private and well spaced. There are 2 full bathrooms both located on the first floor. Each bathroom has a separate toilet room, dressing room, shower, and double sink vanities. The first floor and bedroom and kitchen are handicap accessible. NOTE ADA ACCESS: The first-floor baths are accessible but do not have grab bars and would not meet ADA code.The restrooms are spacious but have an enclosed toilet room and shower room for privacy. Wheelchair accessibility to the toilet and shower require assistance and not ADA compliant. The upper-level balcony loft overlooks the outdoor pool and expansive first floor and offers fabulous views of the Swift Creek Reservoir. On the first floor, you will find a large family room with 3 couches, and TV , family-style dining table seating 6-8 and overlooks the pool and the Reservoir. Additional chairs and tables are offered. The customized bar offers bar stools and makes a great serving area when gathering with friends/family. The large entertainment area offers ping pong and inside games for winter entertainment! The kitchen has been recently renovated and offers anything you might need to take to the pool, grill outside, or cook inside for small family-style meals. Guest access The “WaterView” Estate offers walking trails along the water's edge. The property driveways are paved. The parking is plentiful. Other things to note The estate property resides on 100 acres. There are three homes and one site for rent on the property all an easy walk from one another and found in the Midlothian area.
