Private Guest Room(s) in Large Fishtown Brownstone

An authentic 3-story 100+ year old Brownstone in the heart of Fishtown. Located on a quiet, tree-lined street with friendly neighbors, great restaurants/bars and a coffee shop within steps! The house features high ceilings, spacious rooms and original architectural details. The third floor has 2 separate rooms that i am listing on airbnb. The link to the other is - https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/19439611 The space There are plenty of stairs on your way to the third floor but in your room there is a queen sized bed waiting for you to relax upon. Off of the bathroom is a washer and dryer that is available upon request. Guest access Besides your private 3rd floor room you will have access to a shared bathroom on the 2nd floor, the entire 1st floor including the spacious living room, dining room and an updated kitchen, along with a backyard patio with small but lush garden. During your stay I live on the premises, but i may or may not be home during the guests stay. When home i will be around going about my business and will engage to your level of comfort. While away i will be available for assistance. Other things to note There are two very friendly, but shy cats on the premises – Zeke and Gaby. They are definitely not allowed in either of the 2 AirBnb rooms and we do not encourage them to go on the 3rd floor. They may beg, but please do not let them outside. There is plenty of free street parking on and around my block. Just be aware that some of the streets may have restricted parking without a permit. There is a $150 deposit, but i'm reasonable. Fair replacement cost for major damage or valuable items.
