There are spacious wardrobes in all the bedrooms and the space distribution assures a lot of privacy to all the guests. The living room is large and has exit to the balcony. There is also a dining table for 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an additional space where you find a washer and a drier. The entire apartment has central heating and AC. A smart phone is mandatory so guests can download an application to check in online before the arrival date and get the digital key directly on their smartphone. *Tourist tax* The tourist tax (obligatory) must be paid on arrival. The cost is 7.40€ per adult (over 16 years) per night. It only must be paid for the first 7 days of the stay. *Contact us* We are always available if you call us. We answer Airbnb and text messages ONLY during office hours (Monday to Friday from 11am to 19h) During weekends, nights, national & local holidays we attend 24/7 calls and help in case of emergency. *SMART TV* The TV is Smart TV and you can download applications such as Netflix, Prime Video, etc. The accounts of each of these applications must belong to the guests.
