A terrace overlooking the sea!

4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and a large living room with sea view. The villa, characterized by large terraces overlooking the sea, is semi-detached and divided into two floors, completely independent of each other, beyond the garden with access to the sea and the entrance square. The accommodation described here and the photos you see are of the upper floor. The lower floor of the villa is owned by my uncle and is rented only in summer separately. The space The house is internally divided into two wings with two bedrooms and a bathroom on each side and in the center the entrance with the large living room and dining area. The rooms, comfortable and bright, all have sea views and each is equipped with ceiling fans and mosquito nets on the windows. In the living room you will find a large and comfortable sofa, armchairs, a perfectly functioning fireplace, a large TV and a round, extendable table. From the living room, through two large arched windows, you can access the larger terrace overlooking the Gulf of Capo Zafferano. This, equipped with a rocking chair, deck chairs and sun loungers, is also comfortably equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, enjoying a spectacular view. The kitchen, on the other hand, is located to the side of the entrance and is perfectly livable and equipped. From here you can access both a storage room with a laundry area and another terrace, with a table, chairs, and a barbecue area. Guest access All spaces in the house are accessible and for the exclusive use of the tenants. Access to the sea and parking are shared with the apartment below. Other things to note In the house you will find a detailed map (made specifically for Villa Loca) of the area where you are and the surroundings, it will allow you to move around easily and quickly find places of interest or simply useful (supermarkets, churches, banks, pharmacies..). You will also find at your disposal a small library with guides, magazines and novels, as well as a small pantry, written by me, with practical information about the house, historical information about the area, as well as cultural tips (museums, villas and archaeological areas...) and of gastronomic interest (restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries, ice cream parlors...). Here you will also find the number of a man who organizes sea excursions, with a boat called 'Gozzo', very similar to a fishing boat. But if you want to rent a motorboat or a dinghy, you can do so 1.5 km from the villa. The lower floor of the villa, staggered and not visible from the entrance of the house, is instead owned by my uncle, who lives there with his family, occasionally on weekends and mainly in the summer months, renting it to a regular family in August and weekly for the other months.
