The property have a large back-up generator (House is fully powered 24/7. Off-street parking, fully furnished. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighbor hood. Guest access You will have access to the entire unit. You can do your laundry, watch your favorite TV show or sports on a 60" flat screen HDTV. You can cook your own meals, eat out or sit back after a long beach day and do some grilling. Other things to note We also have a 125KW automatic generator which is necessary in the Virgin Islands. If you rent a place without a generator and the power goes out you will not have Running Water, Wifi, Toilets, Fans, T.V, Showers, etc... Upon check-in guess will need to provide a credit card to place a hold in the case of any accidental damage, or breaking the house rules.
