DianoVacanza welcomes you to our bright and modern apartment in Diano Marina, just 100 meters from the beautiful beaches and 200 meters from the pedestrian island, in the heart of the city. The accommodation is located in a very quiet area, a perfect refuge for families and couples looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation, with everything at your fingertips. The perfect starting point for exploring the wonders of the Riviera dei Fiori. The space Surface and Layout: The apartment is spread over an area of 80 square meters, offering ample space for both the living room and the kitchen and bedrooms. The layout of the rooms has been carefully designed to ensure comfort, practicality and privacy for all guests. In addition, the property has 4 balconies, ideal for enjoying the outdoors and the view of the quiet surrounding area. Sleeps: The accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups of friends. The environment is designed to offer maximum comfort in any season of the year. Two bedrooms: • The double bedroom is furnished with a double bed (190x160), comfortable bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers for excellent organization of clothes. The room is illuminated by a window that allows you to enjoy natural light during the day. • The second bedroom, perfect for 2 people, offers two single beds (190x80) one foldaway, also comfortable, a spacious wardrobe, bedside table and door/window. • The rooms are equipped with LED TVs (smart in the bedroom), so you can relax watching your favorite programs directly from the bed. Bathroom: The bathroom of the apartment is spacious and well furnished, complete with: • Shower, easily accessible and equipped with shower head and hand shower. • Toilet, sink, and bidet. • Large mirror with light and convenient closet for storing toiletries. • Hairdryer available for extra comfort. • Washing machine: For longer stays, there is a washing machine to allow guests to do laundry comfortably at home. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to prepare their own meals during their stay. Guests will find: • Gas stoves. • Refrigerator, freezer to store fresh food. • Microwave and traditional oven. • Dishwasher for quick and easy cleaning. • Mokka for filtered coffee. • Pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and all the necessary utensils for cooking as at home. The living room is a bright and welcoming environment, with a modern and functional design. Inside you will find: • Comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the TV or for a chat with friends. • 55'' flat screen smart TV, to entertain yourself after a day at the beach. • Dining table with chairs, where guests can eat together or use as a workspace. • Free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected throughout your stay. Additional service The apartment is equipped with all the comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible: • Air conditioning with split ductless in the summer in each room, to maintain the ideal temperature. • Radiant radiator heating for the colder months. To ensure maximum comfort during your stay, we provide a complete set of linens for the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. This includes: • Sheets, pillowcases, and bedspreads for each bed. • Bath towels (shower, face and guest). • Dry dishes and kitchenware. • Please note that linen change is not included during the stay, except for specific requests for extra change, which will be handled on request and with a small additional cost. • Access with keys. Guest access To accurately view the location of the accommodation, simply search for "DianoVacanza Lucia Diano Marina" on Google Maps. The apartment is on the third floor of an elegant building equipped with an elevator, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. However, there are 1+6 steps to the entrance, to be taken before accessing the elevator: for this reason the structure is not completely free of architectural barriers. Access is still easy and easy for most guests, including families with children and people with reduced mobility who do not have particular difficulties with some steps. Parking: availability of 8 condominium parking spaces (subject to availability) and numerous free public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, in particular in Piazza Papa Giovanni XXIII and adjacent streets. Services nearby: just 50 meters away is a supermarket, a pizzeria/restaurant and various shops, making the area extremely convenient for every daily need. Other things to note In compliance with my apartment, these are simple rules to respect: • No smoking inside. • No parties and events. • Pets are not allowed. Check-in and Checkout time: to ensure complete sanitization of the accommodation, check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. The time is flexible and I will be personally present to welcome you and notify you if the apartment is ready before that time. Checkout must be by 10am on the day of departure. The house is required to be left in good condition at checkout, so that you can quickly clean and prepare for the next guests. Identity Documents: a photo (or photocopy delivery) of all guests' documents will be required at check-in, in accordance with the provisions of the law. Support during the stay: i will be at your disposal during the entire stay. You can contact me during the day by phone for suggestions or requests, and I will also be available for emergencies. We offer the possibility to book a place on the beach, without having to search at the last minute. Keep in mind that in high season there may be difficulties in availability.
