Please expect that you will need to provide your own beach supplies. Some things do get left from other guests, but I cannot guarantee the status or quality of items! Travel: Perdido Dunes is located on Perdido Beach BLVD and is a small 2 story building in between the Pheonix East and Pheonix 8. Parking: There is one designated parking spot for our unit which is directly in front of the unit. Please note that there are only a handful of extra parking sports on the property and are first come first serve. Vehicles parked in another units parking spot are subject to being towed. Your check-in time is 4pm and you will have a time sensitive code to put in the keypad to enter each time. The code becomes active at 4pm on check-in date and expires at 10am on your checkout date. So, make sure all your belongings are out of the condo by 10am checkout date!
