Other things to note * Once the reservation has been made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. Nor can the dates be changed. * In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend that you keep an eye on the weather forecast and pack clothes that are appropriate for the climate :). * Mexico City has experienced water shortages in the area. Given the possibility of service interruptions, we will be vigilant at all times. * TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have a washer and dryer, or are located near a laundromat. It is important to note that towels that are stained or permanently damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find towels marked with the word "makeup" that you can use freely for removing makeup or for products that may stain. Security Deposit For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay. The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
