This beautiful and spacious self-catering apartment located in the San Andrés Resort, Golf del Sur, with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The views are lovely over the golf course as the apartment faces west, so there will be many wonderful sunsets. Fully furnished with everything you need, this apartment will surely make your holiday a memorable one. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The pool area has sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for your use. The space - Layout - The living room has a L shaped sofa, coffee table and a flat screen television. The large patio doors lead to the spacious terrace that faces west and enjoys the best sunsets Tenerife has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect for a self-catering holiday home. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cook-top and a full-size oven. A washing machine is also located in the kitchen area. The dining area table and chairs seat 4 people comfortably. The spacious terrace has a table and 4 chairs and is a great space for watching the golfers and the beautiful Tenerife sunsets. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, and an en-suite full master bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk in shower, sink basin WC and bidet. Bedroom 2 has two single beds with a standing clothes rail and chest of drawers with a window of views over the golf course. Bathroom 2 has a walk-in Shower, basin and WC. There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more. A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more! Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants. Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
