You'll have 100% Privacy inside this unit which is part of a 2 unit duplex. It is a Keyless Entry therefore, we will send you the Code and no need to meet in person. The backyard is completely private to your group and NOT SHARED. Other things to note No parties or social events allowed on the premises. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am to be respectful of the other unit in the duplex. We love our furry friends but no pets allowed on premises. TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX (TOT): The City of Ventura passed an ordinance that required short term vacation rentals under 30 days to collect a Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT). The TOT is 10% of the rental amount and will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date along with the rental balance and security deposit. Unfortunately AirBNB does NOT collect this and it is not part of the rental price. It must be paid and collected in advance separately and in addition to the amount quoted by AirBNB.
