Formerly a silk factory, this 110 m2 house on 2 floors has all the comforts to accommodate up to 7 guests. On the ground floor you will find the living room with its fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, its beautiful veranda to enjoy your winter and summer meals and its beautiful adjoining terrace for aperitifs. You will also find a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, and a leisure or relaxation room as pleasant for children and their board games as for adults such as meditation, reading, painting, rest... Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a 120 cm bed, a large bathroom with bathtub and double sinks and an ideal desk for teleworking or writing. Nature as a backdrop, access the garden where you can enjoy precious moments with family or friends by the pool. You will have a shaded dining area, accompanied by its summer kitchen and barbecue. Bed linen and bath linen are provided. A 2nd cot is available upon request. Guest access private parking on site + additional public parking at the entrance to the road. Other things to note Winter storage of furniture around the pool (from 11/01 to 04/30) Upon request, an 8th person can be accommodated (extra charge) TV in living room, in the downstairs bedroom and a TV in bedroom for HDMI connection.
